We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, implementation, and launch of multiple lottery programs. This role will coordinate several concurrent workstreams across Marketing, Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Customer Service, Prize Administration, and external vendors. The successful candidate will manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, approvals, testing, and business readiness from initial planning through post-launch stabilization.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, implementation, launch, stabilization, and closeout of multiple programs

- Translate launch requirements into detailed work packages, timelines, responsibilities, dependencies, and acceptance criteria

- Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams in a fast-paced workplace

- Coordinate activities across Marketing, IT, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Customer Service, and external vendors

- Serve as the central point of contact between internal stakeholders and external partners

- Ensure testing, approvals, communications, marketing, technical readiness, and operational readiness are completed on schedule

- Lead project kick-offs, status meetings, working sessions, and post-launch reviews

- Maintain project plans, action logs, risk registers, decision logs, and status reports

- Identify risks, issues, bottlenecks, and competing priorities and develop practical mitigation plans





- Monitor vendor deliverables and ensure partners meet agreed timelines and expectations

- Provide senior leadership with regular updates on progress, risks, decisions, and upcoming milestones

- Identify process improvements and establish repeatable best practices for future launches

- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives

Job Qualifications

- PMP certification is required

- 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional business initiatives

- Proven experience managing multiple projects, program launches, or workstreams simultaneously

- Experience working within healthcare, hospitals, foundations, or similarly complex organizations is strongly preferred

- Lottery experience is considered a strong asset

- Strong experience coordinating deliverables across Marketing, IT, Business Operations, external vendors, and senior stakeholders

- Demonstrated process-improvement experience

- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent communication, organization, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively under pressure

- Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders without serving as the technical implementation lead

- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools

- Lean Six Sigma certification is highly preferred

- PRINCE2 or other project management certifications are considered assets
