- 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance with 3+ years leading AI/ML testing initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution for AI, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Intelligent Automation solutions.
- Define and implement testing frameworks covering functional, data, model, performance, security, and integration testing.
- Collaborate with data scientists, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to validate AI model accuracy, reliability, and business outcomes.
- Drive test automation, defect management, quality governance, and release readiness in Agile delivery environments.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to QA teams while ensuring compliance with enterprise quality standards and AI governance requirements.
