lululemon located at Vancouver, BC is currently accepting applications for the position of Senior Responsible Supply Chain Manager. The company is looking for a motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills who is ready to start as soon as possible. The employer is offering a full-time position.

Position : Senior Responsible Supply Chain Manager Salary: $141,400 – $185,600 CAD annually Full time The candidate will be responsible for managing vendor RSC performance across the region, including conducting timely assessments and ensuring effective and sustainable remediation actions. The candidate will be responsible for leading regional engagement with key stakeholders, including vendors, workers, industry organizations, and Civil Society Organizations. The candidate will be responsible for providing regular updates on regional risk trends, landscape developments, and vendor performance against RSC objectives and KPIs.

The candidate will be responsible for engaging with internal cross-functional partners to support vendor RSC performance monitoring and improvement initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for supporting regional implementation of globally developed programs and engagement initiatives that advance lululemon’s commitment to the people who make its products. The candidate will be responsible for providing consistent and accurate data, analytics, and reports to support business decisions.

The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of regional assessors, third-party consultants, and implementation partners.



The candidate must have 10+ years of experience in Responsible Supply Chain, Ethical Trade, Sustainability, and Human Rights, including leading regional monitoring and improvement programs. The candidate must have 7+ years of experience leading on-site Social Compliance assessments and managing remediation efforts with individual factories and regions.

The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience leading and managing people. The candidate must demonstrate an exceptional understanding of regional risks, Human Rights issues, and the sustainability landscape. The candidate must demonstrate strong cross-cultural communication skills and communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Spanish, with fluency in Spanish required.

The candidate must have experience in program and project management, delivery, or an equivalent consulting role. The candidate must demonstrate strong relationship management skills with vendors and regional stakeholders, including industry organizations, peer brands, workers’ rights groups, and civil society organizations. The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.

The candidate must foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships. The candidate will be required to participate in in-person collaboration and complete office-based work as necessary to support the requirements of the role. The candidate will receive access to people networks, mentorship programs, and leadership development series. #
