Senior Risk Analyst – Liquidity Regulatory Reporting
Contract: Through March 19, 2027
Location: Toronto, ON – 66 Wellington Street West
Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days onsite
Start: ASAP
Hours: Core business hours, Monday–Friday

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Risk Analyst to support liquidity-focused regulatory reporting within a financial services environment. The role will be responsible for regulatory submissions, reconciliations, data analysis and controls related to liquidity and collateral reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation and analysis of liquidity and collateral regulatory submissions.
- Analyze and monitor reported exposures and provide supporting commentary.
- Perform reconciliations across source systems, liquidity reporting platforms, general ledger balances and regulatory returns.
- Investigate data quality issues, reporting discrepancies and control exceptions.
- Monitor production processes and reporting controls to ensure regulatory deadlines are met.
- Partner with business and technology teams to resolve reporting issues.
- Support implementation of recent or revised regulatory reporting requirements.
- Maintain appropriate governance, change controls and reporting documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and controls.
Must-Have Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant Risk, Regulatory Reporting or Financial Services experience.
- Hands-on experience with Collateral and/or Liquidity Risk measurement and reporting.
- Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and supporting regulatory filings/returns.
- Strong understanding of risk management, governance, compliance and controls.
- Knowledge of financial instruments, regulations and market risk concepts.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation and data investigation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, Mathematics, Business or another quantitative discipline.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Nice to Have
- Banking or financial services regulatory reporting experience.
- Risk, valuation or regulatory reporting systems experience.
- VBA, Python and/or SQL.
- Experience supporting process improvement or reporting infrastructure changes.
Additional Details
- Role is supporting regulatory returns with a particular focus on liquidity reporting.
- Potential for extension and conversion based on business needs and performance.
- Interview process consists of a one-hour panel interview, with a possible second interview if required.
