Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Note: SecOps is fine for this role - Vulnerability Response (VR) is an optional.

Summary:

· As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will be responsible for evaluating current vulnerabilities and implementing remediation workflows.

· This role requires knowledge of patching processes for Mainframe, Server OS, and network switches.

· You will also need expertise in the Vulnerability Response (VR) module of ServiceNow, as well as experience with Qualis, ServiceNow ITSM, ServiceNow VR, and SCCM.

· Your responsibilities will include developing and modifying VR workflows, as well as creating recent workflows to improve vulnerability response.

· The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vulnerability management and experience in IT security.

Responsibility

· Evaluation of current vulnerabilities

· Vulnerability remediation workflow

· Knowledge of how we can patch works.

· Knowledge of Mainframe, Server OS, network switches patching

· Knowledge of VR (Vulnerability Response) module of ServiceNow

· Knowledge of Remediation Workflow in VR

· Expertise on Qualis, ServiceNow ITSM, ServiceNow VR and SCCM

· Expertise on ServiceNow VR development and workflow modification and creation
