As a key player in our engineering department, you will tackle escalated production problems and ensure the stability of our systems, including cloud services and data pipelines.

With over 7 years of experience needed, you’ll utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code, and support our Canadian customers with stringent data residency needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Debug complex production issues across application and infrastructure layers
- Lead root cause analyses and implement permanent fixes
- Plan infrastructure upgrades and execute platform changes
- Improve monitoring and instrumentations in Datadog and Grafana
- Participate in on-call rotation for major incidents Requirements:
