Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and guide them through menu options with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to recipes and safety standards
- Serve food promptly while maintaining a clean and organized service area
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties such as cash handling and providing correct change
- Maintain knowledge of food safety standards and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience, answer questions about menu items,



and address any concerns promptly

Requirements

- Previous experience in restaurant or food service environments preferred; experience in bartending or serving is highly valued
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering tasks
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while multitasking between serving tables and preparing drinks
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and calculating totals accurately
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Food industry experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is appreciated
