Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including table setup and breakdown
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant efficiency
- Monitor guest needs proactively, addressing concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience




- Follow all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, with a solid understanding of hospitality principles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen environment is advantageous but not required
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction
- Reliable team player with a passion for delivering guest services in the food industry
