Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communication regarding menu items.





Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
