We are looking for energetic, reliable, and friendly Servers to join the Mr. Noodle Chen team.

As a Server, you will help create a fast, welcoming, and organized dining experience for our guests. Our restaurant specializes in authentic Lanzhou hand-pulled beef noodles and Northwest Chinese dishes, with a strong focus on teamwork, cleanliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating.
- Take orders directly when needed and assist guests using our QR code ordering system.
- Answer menu questions and help guests with noodle options, special requests, and allergies.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure orders are complete and correct.
- Monitor assigned tables and respond quickly to guest needs.
- Process cash, debit, and credit card payments accurately.
- Clear, sanitize, and reset tables efficiently.
- Assist with food running, takeout packing, and other front-of-house duties.
- Communicate closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members to maintain smooth service.




- Follow food-safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Handle guest questions or concerns professionally and involve a manager when necessary.
- Complete opening, closing, and assigned side duties.

Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
- Friendly, skilled, and guest-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Able to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and carrying heavy dishes
- Mandarin and Cantonese is an asset.

Pay: $18.25-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
