Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS if available
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food prep zones, and service stations
- Assist with food handling, preparation, and serving to ensure safety and compliance with food industry regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly during busy hours




- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and kitchen safety practices

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus but training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen work is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key
