Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant workplace. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will play a vital role in our hospitality team, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy shifts.




- Stay informed about menu changes, daily specials, and promotions.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
