Overall support for sales, dispatch & administrative team Maintain customer database Customer and safety portal management New and existing customer procurement preparation Mechanical takeoffs, RFIs, Schedules, Closeout documents Account management Account retention Event planning Technical aptitude Have solid emotional intelligence, analytical and problem solving skills Customer service experience a plus You have proven time-management and organizational skills You are computer savvy
