What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

- Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience: Greet clients with a positive attitude, ensure timely service, and champion Acura’s customer excellence and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) standards.
- Manage Appointments & Documentation: Schedule appointments with precise detail, review vehicle histories for manufacturer recommendations, and write transparent repair orders using the Complaint/Cause/Correction format.
- Coordinate & Communicate: Act as the vital link between clients and our dealership.



Communicate seamlessly with technicians, the detailing department, and management to ensure vehicles are returned clean and fixed right the first time.
- Maintain Safety & Efficiency: Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment while helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace.

What You Bring (Qualifications):

- Credentials: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Skills: High attention to detail, strict adherence to deadlines, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Mindset: A solid focus on quality control and a willingness to do whatever it takes to achieve client satisfaction goals.
- Experience: Previous automotive service environment experience is an asset, but we are fully willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude.
