Join our team as a Service Advisor and learn how a professional automotive service operation works from the inside out. This position is designed for someone who is curious, coachable, organized, and motivated to learn.

You’ll work directly with experienced technicians and management while developing the skills needed to confidently guide customers through their vehicle’s maintenance and repair needs.

What You’ll Learn

During your first 90 days, you’ll receive hands-on instruction and coaching in:

- Understanding vehicle inspections and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
- Learning how technicians diagnose vehicle concerns
- Understanding maintenance requirements and repair recommendations
- Reading and interpreting inspection findings
- Building accurate estimates and explaining repair options
- Communicating technical information in language customers understand
- Prioritizing repairs based on safety, reliability, and budget
- Coordinating repairs between customers, technicians, and suppliers
- Following our service processes and quality standards
- Developing professional customer-service and sales skills




- Building long-term relationships based on trust—not pressure

Your Role As you develop, you’ll become the primary point of contact between our customers and service team. You’ll help customers understand what their vehicle needs, why it matters, and what should be addressed now versus what can reasonably wait.

You don't need to know everything on day one. You do need to be willing to learn.

We’ll teach you how to ask the right questions, understand what the technician is telling you, and confidently communicate that information to the customer.

Pay: $48,096.88-$89,106.21 per year
