Coordinate and maintain schedulesfor field service technicians

Create andmanage customer work orders, ensuring service requirementsare completed on time

Communicate effectively with technicians tosupport service deliveryand resolve issues

Assist technicianswith customer requests, inspections, and service coordination

Preparequotes and process invoicesfor service work





Produce fireinspection reports and compliance certificates

Maintain accurate client, product, and servicedata in ERP systems

Provide responsive,professional customer serviceto both internal and external stakeholders

Support inventory management , including warehouse and truck stock replenishment

Ensureadministrative processesand recordkeeping are completed accurately and efficiently

Demonstratesafety leadershipby following company HSE policies and best practicesWhat We Offer

Minimum2+ years of experiencein a fast-paced service, coordination, or administrative role

Experience inindustrial, construction, or technical service environmentsis an asset

Scheduling or dispatching experience is considered a solid advantage

Strongorganizational skillswith highattention to detail

Excellentcommunication and customer serviceabilities

Ability tomanage competing prioritiesand adapt in a dynamic environment

Self-motivated, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset

Comfortablelearning and using ERP and other technology systems
