Job Summary
Tri-Tech HVAC Services Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Sheet Metal Technician (3rd Year, 4th Year Apprentice, or Journeyman) to join our growing team.
In this role, you will work on a variety of HVAC and mechanical projects, applying and further developing your skills in sheet metal fabrication, installation, service, and blueprint interpretation. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth and career development, including potential pathways into other mechanical trades such as refrigeration, controls, and plumbing.
Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate and install sheet metal components accurately.
- Order and install materials for projects and service work.
- Safely operate hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal systems.
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks in accordance with project requirements.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and applicable codes.
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and mechanical equipment, including furnaces, boilers, air handling units, and fans.
- Assemble, fit,
and secure components according to design specifications.
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality work and complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3rd Year, 4th Year Apprentice, or Journeyman Sheet Metal certification.
- Previous sheet metal experience is required, with an interest in HVAC service and mechanical construction.
- Strong understanding of basic math, measurements, and fabrication practices.
- Experience reading blueprints and working with hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of quality control practices and industry standards.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to workplace safety.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.

Pay: $32.50-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
