TriSon Farms is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision. Duties

- Execute daily shipping and receiving operations, including inspection and verification of inbound and outbound shipments, trailers, and palletized product condition, ensuring proper loading, stacking, and safe handling of goods, while maintaining accurate shipping and receiving documentation and providing timely updates and escalations to upper management as required.
- Responsible for scheduling all Shipping and Receiving Reps as per operational requirements
- Maintaining schedules and escalating human resource requirements to Warehouse Ops Manager
- Monitoring overtime and planning schedules efficiently
- Maintain inventory control practices, including FIFO rotation, organized storage of stock, product traceability, and accurate handling of inventory transactions.
- Carry out order picking, staging, verification, and loading activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare and complete shipping documentation such as bills of lading, load sheets, temperature logs, and other required records.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy by identifying, reporting, and assisting in resolving discrepancies, damages, and variances.
- Ensure proper handling and securement of trailers and dock operations in compliance with safety requirements.
- Operate material handling equipment,



including forklifts and power jacks, in accordance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance or safety issues to management or maintenance teams.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, and occupational health and safety standards across all warehouse activities.
- Ensure warehouse, docks, and storage areas are kept clean, organized, and audit-ready at all times.
- Support temperature monitoring of refrigerated trailers and storage areas, reporting deviations immediately.
- Assist with coordination of inbound/outbound logistics and inter-facility product transfers as required.
- Maintain accurate operational records including shipment logs, inventory movement records, and equipment usage reports.
- Support training of Shipping/Receiving associates by demonstrating safe work practices and standard operating procedures.
- Communicate operational issues, delays, and discrepancies to management in a timely and structured manner.
- Assist in investigating shipping errors, product damage, and inventory discrepancies by collecting relevant information and reporting findings.
- Work closely with Production, Logistics, Commodity Planning, Procurement, and Sales teams to execute daily operational requirements and ensure smooth coordination of warehouse activities.
- Support execution of operational KPIs by completing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in corrective actions as directed by Warehouse Manager to improve operational performance.
- Ensure forklift certification and operator compliance requirements are maintained.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned to support operational needs.
