Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, and invoices.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery issues.
- Communicate with warehouse staff, customers, and transportation providers.
- Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Support general warehouse and logistics operations as needed.

Qualifications





- Previous experience as a Shipping Coordinator or in a logistics/warehouse environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS) is an asset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset.
