CTI is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team that manufactures the largest and brightest commercialized mobile stadium lights in the world. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic that will take ownership to ensure the building and the grounds are maintained and kept to a high standard as well as assist in the daily operations of our production team when necessary.

As the shop assistant, you will be required to work both indoors and outdoors, ensuring that both the premise and yards are well kept and organized at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Use hand tools, power tools and shop equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist with material preparation and organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Support general shop tasks as needed, including loading/unloading materials.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.

Qualifications/Traits:

- Good understanding of hand tools, power tools and shop equipment.
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
- Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn.




- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Class 5 driver’s license.

Preferred (Not Required):

- Warehouse/shop experience.
