Service Assistant / Drive-Thru Attendant

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers arriving in the service drive-thru and assist with vehicle check-in and general service department needs.

- Move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently throughout the dealership property.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive-thru, customer vehicle areas, and surrounding workspaces.

- Assist Service Advisors and technicians with vehicle movement, keys, paperwork, and other day-to-day service department support.

- Manage on-site tire storage, including receiving, labeling, organizing, locating, and retrieving customer tire sets as required.

- Ensure stored tires are properly identified and placed in the correct designated storage location.





- Assist with seasonal tire changeover periods and keep tire storage areas clean, safe, and organized.

- Perform basic vehicle preparation as required, including removing protective coverings, checking vehicle placement, and helping ensure vehicles are ready for customer pickup.

- Follow dealership safety procedures and immediately report any vehicle damage, storage discrepancies, or other concerns to management.

- Provide general support to the Service Department as assigned by the Service Manager.

Pay: $17.60-$30.98 per hour
