Join our service & retail store as a Shop Floor Assistant, where you will play a vital role in preparing for the winterizing season. This energetic position involves receiving deliveries, parts inventory stocking, data entry and ensuring the sales floor is well-organized and inviting. Cleaning the receiving area and showroom, as well as recycling materials as needed.
Outside duties include assisting with yard maintenance (ie moving blocking), documenting unit identification, and assisting in unit locating. Opportunities to assist with other shop activities as needed. Flexibility and organization are critical.

Duties
- Receive parts, enter into inventory POS system, stock items
- Assist with merchandising efforts to keep the sales floor attractive and well-stocked
- Maintain organized displays and ensure the cleanliness of the sales area
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or data entry is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for transaction accuracy
- Ability to perform merchandising tasks and operate POS systems efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy, inviting sales environment
