Key Responsibilities

Client Transportation

- Safely and courteously transport clients to and from the dealership in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service during all client interactions.
- Assist clients with entering and exiting the vehicle when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with customers.

Scheduling & Service Coordination

- Work collaboratively with Service Advisors to coordinate client pick-up and drop-off schedules.
- Communicate schedule changes, delays, and customer requests to the appropriate team members.
- Ensure accurate tracking of transportation appointments and vehicle usage.

Parts Delivery & Operational Support

- Deliver parts, materials, documents, and dealership supplies to various locations as required.
- Assist with the movement of vehicles between dealership locations, service bays, and customer destinations.
- Support the Service Department with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Vehicle Maintenance & Safety

- Maintain the shuttle vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, presentable, and in proper operating condition.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance, safety,



or mechanical concerns.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safe driving practices.

General Dealership Support

- Assist the Service Manager and General Manager with additional duties as required.
- Support dealership events, customer initiatives, and special projects when needed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues across departments as appropriate.

Requirements

- Valid G-class driver’s license and clean drivers abstract
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- 2–4 years of professional driving experience
