- Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings to follow project specifications accurately.
- Perform heavy lifting of siding panels, gutters, and related materials safely and effectively.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping,



or applying sealants like caulking for optimal adhesion.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time, maintaining safety standards at all times.

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools used in construction and installation tasks.
- Prior construction or carpentry experience is highly desirable for understanding building processes.
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings to execute precise installations.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques to seal joints effectively against weather elements.
