Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Siding, Window, and Door Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing exterior siding, windows, and doors on residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will help enhance the aesthetic appeal, energy efficiency, and structural integrity of our clients’ properties.

Duties

- Measure and prepare openings for siding, windows, and doors according to project specifications and blueprints
- Install various types of siding materials including vinyl, wood, fiber cement, or metal with precision and care
- Fit and secure windows and doors ensuring proper sealing with caulking to prevent leaks and drafts
- Read schematics and blueprints to accurately follow design plans and technical instructions
- Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, drills, levels, and saws to complete installations efficiently
- Perform restoration work including drywall repair, construction painting, or plumbing adjustments as needed for project completion




- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure weatherproofing and energy efficiency of installed components

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools essential for precise installation tasks
- Construction experience with a focus on siding, window, or door installation projects
- Strong carpentry skills including framing, measuring, cutting, and fitting components accurately
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics to interpret project requirements effectively
- Knowledge of drywall installation and repair techniques
- Experience with caulking techniques for weatherproofing applications
- Familiarity with restoration processes such as painting or flooring installation related to exterior upgrades
- Basic plumbing or welding skills are a plus for integrated building systems or repairs
- Ability to work safely at heights using ladders or scaffolding while maintaining strict safety standards
