We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Casual Snow Removal Laborer to join our team for the winter season.
This is a casual, on-call position, ideal for someone looking for flexible work and additional income during the winter season.
Duties include
- Shoveling snow from sidewalks, entrances, and other designated areas
- Operating snowblowers
- Using leaf blowers to clear light snow and clean up sidewalks
- Applying ice melt or other de-icing materials as required
- Helping maintain commercial and residential properties during winter weather
- Working safely in cold and snowy conditions
- Other general property maintenance duties as required
Requirements:
- Physically capable of performing outdoor manual labour
- Comfortable working in cold winter conditions
- Available for early morning and/or evening shifts
- Reliable and able to report for work on short notice when snow events occur
- Experience with snow removal equipment is an asset, but training can be provided
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
