DOSE is looking for a Social Media & Creator Lead to build our social and creator strategy from close to the ground up. If you already know which sound is about to blow up before it hits your For You Page, keep reading.

Reporting to the Manager, Content & Communications, you'll run the day-to-day of DOSE's social and creator strategy, working closely with Brand to translate our broader brand direction into content and partnerships that actually work on platform — with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok.

This is a build role, not a caretaker one, with a primary focus on Ontario and a growing hand in the US as that market develops. Your mission: turn trends, insights and ideas into social-first content and creator partnerships that build real awareness and cultural relevance.

You'll work hand in hand with our Social Media Specialist on day-to-day publishing and with the Brand Image & Design Lead and creative team to bring concepts to life.

We're looking for someone who's genuinely plugged into internet culture, who can turn a brief or a trend into a scroll-stopping idea,



and who takes it personally when a post underperforms — not because of the numbers, but because they know it could've been better.

What You’ll Own

- Social strategy: Own DOSE's day-to-day organic strategy across Instagram and TikTok, with Brand.
- Content calendar: Build and maintain content calendars aligned to brand, campaign and business priorities.
- Content creation: Lead ideation of social-first content and get hands-on — filming, editing, directing and coordinating production.
- Creator strategy: Develop DOSE's creator and influencer strategy, sourcing partnerships subject to Brand approval.
- Creator management: Manage creator partnerships end to end — outreach, briefing, approvals and delivery.
- Trends & culture: Stay plugged into TikTok, Instagram and internet culture, and turn trends into content fast.
- Market: Build deep knowledge of Ontario audiences, creators and culture — the role's primary focus. Contribute to DOSE's social presence in the US as priorities evolve.
- Performance: Monitor social performance, flag content worth amplifying through paid media with the Manager, Content & Communications, and act on what you learn.

What You Bring

- 5 years of experience in social media, content creation, creator/influencer marketing or similar.
- A track record of growing social accounts and tying performance to real business results.
- Deep fluency in Instagram and TikTok — platform behaviours, formats, trends and what performs.
- Hands-on experience creating and executing short-form, social-first content.
- Experience managing creator and influencer partnerships from sourcing through reporting.




- Robust understanding of the Ontario social landscape and audience.
- US market or multi-market social experience is an asset.
- Comfortable moving fast, with strong organizational skills across multiple content streams, creators and deadlines.
- Willing to travel to Montreal roughly once a month, plus travel for events, sampling activations and other brand initiatives, mainly in the GTA.

Where You’ll Work This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Toronto Area, with regular travel to Montreal — roughly once a month — plus travel for events and activations, mainly in the GTA.
