- Is dependable and takes pride in their work
- Is comfortable working at heights
- Has Fall Arrest training/certification
- Is able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Is willing to learn and develop current skills
- Works well as part of a team
Solar installation experience is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right person.
