Locations: Ancaster, Windsor & Midland, Ontario

FowlerSolar is looking for hardworking and reliable Solar Installers / General Labourers to join our team for upcoming commercial solar projects in Ancaster, Windsor, and Midland.

This is a physical, hands-on outdoor position. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights, lifting and moving solar equipment, and using handheld power tools.

Responsibilities

- Install solar panels, racking, ballast, wiring, and related equipment
- Carry and move solar panels and other materials
- Use drills, impact drivers, grinders, and other power tools
- Work safely on rooftops and elevated work areas
- Assist with scissor lifts and telehandlers when properly certified
- Follow direction from site supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company and site safety requirements

Requirements
- Comfortable working at heights
- Working at Heights certification preferred
- Scissor Lift and/or Telehandler certification is an asset




- Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy materials
- Experience with handheld power tools
- Solar, construction, roofing, or electrical experience is an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a crew
- Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's licence is an asset

Pay $25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and skill level.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- Day shift
- Occasional weekend work may be required
