Sous Chef (Seasonal/potential for non-seasonal)

The 19th Hole Indoor Golf & Social The 19th Hole Indoor Golf & Social is hiring a reliable Sous chef to join our kitchen team. Ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in quality food and a clean workspace. Our busy season starts in October and runs till end of May.

Responsibilities include:

- Food prep, cooking, and plating
- Following direction from the Kitchen Manager
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
- restocking supplies
- Following all food safety guidelines

Qualifications:

- Restaurant experience preferred
- Food certified is required
- Strong teamwork and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)

Details:

- Part-time | 20–35 hours/week
- $20–$23/hour + tips
- must be available for evenings, weekends. Schedule flexible
