Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Spare Parts Sales/Warehouse Supervisor to lead our spare parts sales and warehouse operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee inventory management, coordinate sales activities, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient distribution of spare parts. Your leadership will drive process improvements, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize supply chain workflows.

Duties

- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for spare parts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, including dealers, distributors, and end-users, to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Monitor spare parts inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing excess stock and associated costs.
- Determine pricing strategies for spare parts, prepare quotes for customers, and negotiate terms and conditions.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to adapt the sales approach accordingly.
- Development promotional materials and campaigns to boost sales.
- Oversee the efficient and accurate management of spare parts inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, including order pickers, packers, and forklift operators.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a protected working enviroment.
- Oversee the shipping processes,



including the inspection of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Continuously assess and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Creating items and determining costs and sales price accuracy with the Purchasing Department.
- Work with the Inventory Manager to maintain accurate inventory levels and costs in the ERP systems.
- Monthly report expectations include: review of monthly sales (items categories, factors, etc.), material to site progress for ongoing jobs, and new sales initiatives.

- Proven experience in spare parts and warehouse management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
