Building from our deep roots and 12+ years of trusted healthcare experience in the Niagara community, alongside 9+ years of parenting neurodiversity through a developmental, attachment-based, trauma-informed lens, we are forging a new path to serve a vital need and gap in autism services.

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist who shares our vision and passion for supporting autistic children and their families. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a groundbreaking model of care that prioritizes neurodiversity affirmation and real-world impact.

What You'll Bring

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized university program.
- Current registration and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
- Demonstrated experience and genuine passion for working with autistic children and their families, coupled with a strong understanding of neurodiversity-affirming and developmental approaches to communication.
- Proficiency in administering and interpreting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based, child-centered interventions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team and with families.
- A proactive mindset, eager to contribute ideas and solutions to enhance our services.

Compensation

We offer a highly competitive wage that reflects your expertise, ranging from $50 - $82 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also provide opportunities for skilled growth and a supportive work environment.
