MoJo Speech Therapy is a growing pediatric speech-language pathology practice serving children and families throughout Calgary and surrounding areas.
We are looking for a warm, creative, and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team.
At MoJo Speech Therapy, we believe therapy should be play-based, relationship-focused, individualized, and meaningful to each child and family. We value neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and evidence-informed practice.
Flexible Hours - Build a Schedule That Works for You
We are open to a wide range of availability, including:
- A few clients per week
- Evening or weekend hours
- One or two days per week
- Casual or part-time work alongside another position
- Larger or gradually increasing caseloads
You do not need to commit to a traditional full-time schedule. We are happy to build a caseload around your availability, interests, and professional goals. Services may include clinic-based, in-home, and virtual appointments depending on client needs and clinician availability.

What You'll Do As a Speech-Language Pathologist with MoJo Speech Therapy, you may:
- Complete speech, language, communication, and literacy assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
- Provide engaging, evidence-informed 1:1 therapy
- Incorporate play, movement, sensory supports, and child interests into sessions
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Provide parent and caregiver coaching
- Support children who use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals
- Complete timely clinical documentation, reports, and progress notes
Areas You May Work In Depending on your experience and interests, your caseload may include:
- Receptive and expressive language
- Early language development
- Speech sound disorders
- Articulation and phonology
- Childhood apraxia of speech and motor speech
- Social communication
- AAC
- Early literacy
- Parent coaching
- Developmental disabilities and complex communication needs
Experience in all areas is not required. We value clinicians who are willing to learn and continue developing their skills. Training or experience in pediatric feeding and swallowing is considered an asset but is not required.
Qualifications
Applicants must
- Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Be registered and in good standing with ACSLPA, or be eligible for registration
- Hold appropriate skilled liability insurance
- Demonstrate strong communication and clinical documentation skills
- Be comfortable working collaboratively with children and families
- Be committed to ethical, family-centred, evidence-informed practice
