Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Eligibility: Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or individuals with a valid Canadian work permit.

About the opportunity

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the spray foam insulation trade while working alongside experienced technicians. No previous experience is required — we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead and supervise crews across residential and commercial construction projects.
- Assist experienced technicians with spray foam insulation installations
- Prepare and organize job sites
- Assist with equipment setup and cleanup
- Load, carry, and organize materials
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area




- Learn proper installation techniques and industry practices
- Perform other duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience is considered an asset
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
- Physically able to lift materials and perform demanding tasks
- Able to work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s licence is required.
