- Strong project management experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of primary care and referral systems.
- Solid relationship building and communication skills
- Proven ability to coordinate and support complex projects from initiation through implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, documentation practices, administrative burden challenges, and opportunities for workflow optimization.
- Understanding of electronic medical records (EMRs), clinical documentation solutions, workflow automation, interoperability, and healthcare technology adoption.
