Define, implement,



and continuously improve monitoring, alerting, observability, and reliability practices across critical enterprise applications Lead major incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management activities to improve service stability and reduce recurring issues Partner with application, infrastructure, cloud, and support teams to establish SLI/SLO frameworks, reliability standards, and operational best practices Drive automation, operational efficiency, and proactive detection capabilities through telemetry, analytics, and AIOps initiatives Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Production Support, Observability, Monitoring, and Incident Management Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring and observability platforms such as Splunk, App Insights, Azure Monitor, Grafana, Dynatrace, or similar tools Experience with cloud and hybrid environments (Azure preferred), automation, telemetry, logging, and performance monitoring Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, infrastructure, product, and business teams Candidates aged 18 and over will be required to undergo a criminal record check as part of the hiring process.
