The Assistant

Manager helps builds a robust, engaged team dedicated to creating meaningful connections with every guest. Manage cash handling, daily reporting, and inventory/waste tracking Coordinate ordering, receiving, and product quality standards Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns Maintain cleanliness, organization, and environmental stewardship standards Supervise, coach, and support team performance and development Support training, onboarding, and rollout readiness Starbucks supervisory or leadership experience an asset ~Detail-oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills ~ basic accounting an asset ~ Experience with Microsoft Suite, POS systems (e.g., Simphony) an asset ~ We're more than a hospitality and attractions company.
