MAIN TASKS

- Guarantee personalized customer service and ensure the satisfaction of all customers
- Be responsible for the hiring, welcoming and continuing education process for store employees
- Organize and supervise the work of his team effectively
- Availability: Monday to Sunday, including evenings.




- Ensure the achievement of objectives
- Perform daily administrative tasks
- Plan and market according to standards and arrange the merchandise to optimize sales
- Ensure inventory management and receipt of goods
- See to the maintenance of the shop
- Respect the rules and procedures communicated to it
- All other tasks related to the proper functioning of the business

QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in customer service
- Management experience
