Duties

- Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service initiatives
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to build a motivated and high-performing staff
- Manage payroll processing, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping to ensure operational efficiency
- Oversee pricing strategies, purchasing decisions, and product placement to maximize sales and profitability
- Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handle cash management duties such as cashiering, cash handling procedures, and balancing registers accurately
- Maintain organized administrative records including bookkeeping, sales reports, and inventory logs

Requirements





- Proven supervising or leadership experience in retail management or related fields
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence vendors and team members effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both bilingual (preferred) or multilingual settings to connect with diverse customers and staff
- Demonstrated expertise in retail sales, merchandising, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and pricing strategies
- Experience with recruiting, training & development programs, and team management practices
- Proficiency in payroll processing, budgeting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks
- Exceptional organizational skills with effective time management abilities
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and customer service best practices
- Ability to handle cashiering duties with accuracy and professionalism
- Strong math skills for financial calculations and sales analysis
