- Have retail, sales, or customer service experience (or a genuine willingness to learn)

What you will be doing:
- Help create a fun, welcoming vibe for customers and other team members
- Helping customers find the right products and provide knowledge to support their wellness journey
- Have the ability to walk customers through different choices of products while educating them on the product uses and helping them select the best product for their needs
- Developing relationships with customers by providing memorable service
- Merchandising new and existing product
- Cleaning and organization of the wellness department
- Being an ally and leader in the overall team
- Regular attendance to really cool product education seminars

Job Requirements
- Natural Products certification from either The Canadian Health Food Association or Natural Product Advisor from Alive Academy. This course can be provided if you are not currently not certified.
- Previous retail or sales experience in the natural health food industry.
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience with robust references.
