The role involves designing solutions in line with the organization's strategic goals and technology roadmap, working collaboratively with other administrators and the technical leads. Design and implementation of Pelmorex infrastructure core systems (k8, VMs, Clusters, CICD, Cloud environment), including Network security, automation, and monitoring Provide technical advice or technical leadership where required to support various IT-related projects Quality assurance and documentation of the Pelmorex infrastructure architecture

• Document and hand over systems and processes to the IT Operations team for support. Act as a 3rd level support escalation. Ensure that IT Infrastructure systems meet, and endeavor to exceed, the agreed Service Levels

• Be proactive in looking for opportunities on how IT can improve its Service Delivery. Projects delivered on time, on budget, and to required quality (stakeholder expectations)

• Provide after-hours support when and if required. Required to work outside business hours and weekends if / when required. Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as information technology, computer science,
