Preparing tax technical research including various tax correspondence and memos for estate planning, corporate reorganizations, CRA audits, and other tax transactions Completing complex tax planning calculations for corporate reorganizations and divestitures Preparing complex tax compliance, including tax returns and election forms Providing support for team members on tax related matters for all clients Undergraduate degree in an accounting program ~ Designated CPA ~ Completed Year 1 of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course, or currently enrolled in Year 1 of the CPA Canada In-depth Tax Course is preferred ~3+ years of public practice experience, with a minimum of 1 in Canadian private company tax ~ Strong tax compliance background with an understanding of the issues and challenges faced by small-to-medium sized businesses ~
