We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Team Lead to help lead and develop our residential cleaning teams!
This is a hands-on leadership role that will grow into more responsibility as our team grows.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and support your cleaning team
- Maintain our cleaning & quality standards
- Train and mentor team members
- Communicate with clients
- Keep the team organized and on schedule
- Solve problems and take ownership when things don’t go as planned
Pay progression: $20/hr during a 2-month training & probation period, then progressing to $25/hr based on successful performance.
Reliable personal vehicle required
Background/Criminal Record check required
Up to 30 hours/week to start
