You will manage incident and change processes, support data integration, and collaborate on disaster recovery efforts. This ensures the operational integrity and security of our applications. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver production support for Credits and Asset Finance apps
- Facilitate incident and change management processes
- Support data flows and connectivity between applications
- Collaborate with Operations on technical difficulties
- Participate in annual Disaster Recovery testing

Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Minimum one scripting language knowledge
- Proficient in Java J2EE and SQL
- Familiarity with ITIL practices preferred
