Global Financial Firm located in MISSISSAUGA, ON has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Technical PM/ Tech Lead

"This role is currently on a Hybrid Schedule.

You will need to have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access into the client systems during remote work.

We will be expected in the office weekly 2-3 days depending on the team requirement.

Technical PM

Client Commercial Bank (CCB) provides global banking capabilities and services in 30 countries around the world to mid-sized, globally-oriented companies across all stages of their growth.

The Job

Opening will help CCB to build sophisticated solutions that targeting 100% digitalization and automation

Responsibilities of this role is to lead the tech projects, prioritize and coordinate between teams and projects, commit and deliver the projects successfully. Technical design, documentation, solutioning on the projects. Good understanding on banking compliance requirements, and ensure the projects meet the risk and controls standards. Good understanding on all different software development life cycles, and able to help in all different roles within the cycle if required.

Drive

Teams communication and discussion, and improve teams productivities and efficiency. Good use on JIRA, able to performance analytics on JIRA, translate into the project status and highlight the project risk from JIRA. Candidates with BA experiences are not suitable, and would not be considered.

Mandatory:

1.





Experience in leading development or developing on financial services/banking/commercial business web-based client-facing multi-tires applications, able to talk to and work with developers directly

Experience of delivering projects using agile development methodology techniques, working directly with developers/technical teams

- Demonstrated evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business processes and system flows
- Proficiency in Atlassian Suite, especially in JIRA, its dashboard and charts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Applications: Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project

- Good understanding on whole software development process and requirements in Bank, especially in Security requirements, Banking Compliance policies and standards
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to tailor messages to a diverse audience, with clarity, impact, purpose and authority
- Able to work on multiple projects in parallelly with global teams, and meet with tight deadline, and work on agile environments
- Changes maker. Aptitude to tackle and resolve complex, often ill-defined, persistence issues. Commit and deliver them into successful states.
- Good understanding on all different software development life cycles, and able to jump and help in all different roles within the cycle if required
- Board understanding on all different technologies, platforms, CI/CD, and software development best practices
- Self-motivated and work Independently
