Opportunity

We are hiring a Technical Sales Representative (TSR) to support our Insurance Sales Team. You will work closely with Sales Brokers and Team Leads to keep files moving, clients informed and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. If you aspire to become a licensed broker, this role is a excellent way to learn the business from the inside out.

Who You Are

You are a highly organized self-starter who takes pride in accuracy and follow-through. You're looking to build a career in insurance and want a role that gives you real exposure to the business while you develop your skills. You understand that the details matter and that your work directly supports the team's ability to close business and serve clients well.

Key Accountabilities

- Handle all post-bind processing - walking customers through the signing process, setting next expectations with them, logging sales.
- Maintain file administration - notes, activities, document attachments, and follow-up reminders.
- Set brokers up for success - prep and organize emails and activities that require action
- Follow up with clients on outstanding documents, payment tokens, and intent to proceed
- Complete presale referrals - send files to the appropriate insurance partner prior to bind and follow up on outstanding decisions.
