- Lead the development of Enterprise Architecture and Performance Management frameworks
- Align technology solutions with organizational strategies across departments
- Prepare reports and presentations for Council and Executive teams
- Identify opportunities for digital modernization and innovation
- Ensure strong governance in technology planning and delivery Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8 years of IT experience, with 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in IT strategy development and governance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
