CAP Building Systems is looking for a reliable and hardworking Temporary Production Associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will work in a hands-on manufacturing environment and assist with various production activities, with a primary focus on building wooden shipping crates and packaging materials for finished products.

Responsibilities

- Build wooden crates and shipping containers according to specifications
- Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other materials
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Assist with general production and shop-floor activities
- Ensure completed crates meet quality and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures
- Work efficiently to meet production schedules

Qualifications
- Previous experience building wooden crates is required
- Experience using hand and power tools




- Ability to accurately measure and cut materials
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift materials as required
- Manufacturing, construction, woodworking, or packaging experience is an asset

Schedule Full-Time, Monday to Friday

This is a temporary position with the potential for additional opportunities based on business needs and performance.
