Company Description
Red Truck Beer Company is rooted in the values of a simpler time, when honest work, good friends, and cold beer defined quality moments. The brewery focuses on straightforward, high-quality beer made with four basic ingredients, with no preservatives, pasteurization, or compromises. Each hand-crafted beer features the iconic Red Truck, symbolizing genuine character and good times.
The taste is refreshing and bold, designed to be enjoyed in the company of others and to celebrate everyday moments. In a fast-paced world, Red Truck Beer stands for real, unpretentious quality time.
Role Description The Territory Manager plays a critical role in growing the Red Truck Beer brand across the Lower Mainland. This is not a build-from-scratch territory. You'll be stepping into an established, high-volume book of business with robust distribution already in place and long-standing relationships with key retail, distributor, and on-premise partners. The foundation is there. The job is protecting it and pushing it further.
That means holding and growing volume in accounts that already move real cases, while going after new distribution and share gains across the territory. You'll manage and expand those relationships, drive visibility and brand presence, and look for every opening to add value for customers.
This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on disciplined execution, strong relationship building, and identifying opportunities to grow the business. You'll support event activations, trade and consumer events, marketing programs, and promotional initiatives,
while maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and customer businesses. This is a full-time, field-based position covering the Lower Mainland.
