Role: Test Automation Lead:

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Lead with 14+ years of Quality Engineering and Test Automation experience to lead automation strategy, framework development, and end-to-end testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- 14+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Strategy & Automation
- Strong expertise in Test Automation Framework development
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Pytest & Robot Framework
- Strong experience in API Testing
- Lead end-to-end testing and automation initiatives
- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines
- Drive quality governance, test coverage & release optimization
- Experience with Agile, DevOps and Cloud platforms
- Solid knowledge of Azure and AWS
- Experience mentoring and leading QA teams
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership & problem-solving skills
